I was in  Glasgow two days ago. Amazing how different the two cities are in atmosphere. I was going to meet a friend who used to live in Edinburgh but now has lived south for over 10 years ! Where did all the time go? I gave her instructions to meet me and another friend at the Tchainova Tea House - which she loved - phew ! We sat over a middle eastern platter and tried sips of each others teas and caught up - eventually leaving after many hours and it had turned dark.

I could have stayed later but I was still tired from the cold I caught in Sydney so just nipped into Borders to pick up a few magazines and the Lighthouse shop for eyeshopping. I'm recommiting myself to not over exhausting myself and touch wood its paying off I feel much more energetic this morning.

I'm currently taking notes on what I want for next year so I can shape a plan. Currently more travel, more photography and teaching.
