Introduction

This is a stimulating one day course to enable people who would like to be creative but feel that something holds them back from moving forward into their creativity.

It is also suitable for formerly creative people who have become blocked.

The emphasis is on fun, pleasure and is self empowering. Many techniques which can be used on an ongoing basis will be shared.

Mary Gordon the facilitator has over 10 years experience of helping people to allow their creativity.

Early bird price £75 (before 15th January) or £85 afterwards.
Maximum number is 12 per day course.

What to bring

All materials are included but bring a pen! The most essential resource is a willingness to engage in the idea of changing belief systems.
