Now I know that you lie awake at night worrying about this. So  I am happy to report that they have relocated to Manly resort just north of Sydney. I see them trotting about the beach front with their owners or more likely carried. Poodles don't seem to do walking as a rule.

Picked up the films on Saturday. Again the borders still not quite right. Depite trying film processors in 3 countries the best is still Kentish Town Snappy Snaps !

I'm about to do something reckless. I got an address for a lomo shop in Sydney. I'm about to get the ferry to circular quay with some of my US films and get them processed as the shop advertised processing. I was going to wait until getting home but it would be great to get some of the images up.

It feels slightly indulgent to be processing before I get back to the UK. Splurgy.

I was sitting on a bench looking over the ocean at Santa Monica trying to explain to someone what I actually do. You know 'theres this job and when I'm not doing that I'm doing my creative thing and I've got this job for money' and she said 'Ah you mean a freedom job?' Ding ! of course thats what its called. I have this other job which is really flexible, a 6 minute commute across a park, I can go off for any time up to 6 months without having to let them know or negotiate a sabattical (the only pentalty is that I have to do a days training if I'm away more than 6 months).
